Coronavirus Update: A Message From Our CEO

Galaxie CoffeeAt Galaxie Coffee, the safety and health of our associates, customers and business partners is our most important concern. We are following the developments of the coronavirus pandemic closely, and hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe in these uncertain times.

During my 42 years in the business world, our team has experienced the adverse effects of several business cycles and epic events such as 9/11 and Superstorm Sandy. The common thread is each time we have adapted to our clients’ needs and have grown stronger as a company. Each time we have relied on our dedicated team of associates to assist in the bounce back.

This period of COVID-19 and “social distancing” is new territory for all of us, and although we don’t yet know all the challenges that this particular time will bring, how long it will last, or what efforts it will take to “flatten the curve,” we can assure you that we are doing our very best to make sure that your offices are well-stocked, caffeinated and clean while you are there, and for many of you, when you return.

We continue to broaden our inventory to include disinfecting and sanitizing products. When we have them in stock, we’ve been limiting purchases so we can offer them to more of our customers. We’ve received so many “thank yous” from our appreciative customers. We will continue to manage inventory amid the ever-changing needs as we move through these unprecedented times together.
